AS A DEVELOPER
Based on the project specifications, our client will hire us as reserved developer and we will acquire, take ownership, and manage the risk of construction of your property. Once project development is done, you can lease the property.
SALE-AND-LEASEBACK
In this process, our client will acquire the land, assume the liability of financing, and hire us as general contractor to plan and construct the building. After realization of project, we are open to talk about buying into the property. We will provide investments, ensure the support and them if client wants, can lease the property back without need to take additional day-to-day property operations.
