We speak to management, do further evaluation of internal processes, team and deep dive into financials and other aspects. Preparing market research and reviewing legal, documents and business scope.

3. AGREEMENT & EXECUTION

Closing activities, signing investment agreement and transfering funds into an escrow account held by a third-party for safekeeping. After escrow conditions are met, final documents and funds are released to the company.
